In addition to his trial practice over the past 37 plus years, Mr. Graver has heard over 3,500 cases as an arbitrator and mediator, for the LA Superior Courts and privately. He is known for his understanding and experience in insurance practices, uninsured and underinsured motorists, and evaluating and resolving all types of injury, real estate and business claims for the last 30 years. He is an Adjunct Professor of mediation/conflict resolution at Loyola Marymount University, Graduate School of Business since 1985. Mr. Graver also brings the background of a graduate school business professor to the hearing room.
