The fee schedule applies once a hearing is scheduled.
Rates depend on the mediator selected. Many mediators offer half-day and full-day rates. Half-day rates include up to five hours inclusive of review
and preparation time. Full-day rates include up to 10 hours inclusive of review and preparation time, and their hourly rates range from $450 - $1,500 per hour.

The fee schedule applies when a matter is submitted to Judicate West with an agreed upon Arbitrator and the initial disclosure reports are sent to all parties. There is a $500 initial filing fee and additionally a case management fee of $375 per party to the arbitration, payable upon submission.
Hourly rates depend on the Arbitrator selected. Their hourly rates range from $490 - $1,800 per hour.
